My second Air core of the Trap Team batch.

Zap Happy was a member of a cloud-headed species that could naturally launch thunder from their heads. When he was signing up for the military, he chose a pogo stick for his weapon of choice. The others made fun of him for this, but Zap Happy was proud of his pogo stick. When Chef Pepper Jack came to hit the military base with an exploding enchilada, Zap Happy bounced into battle. He jumped on Chef Pepper Jack's zeppelin and send it crashing. For this Zap Happy gained respect from the military and the Skylanders.
  Attack 1: Pogo Stick - Bounce on your pogo stick.
  Attack 2: Lightning Toss - Throw a lightning bolt.
  Attack 3: Shock Jump - Jump up and create a shockwave.
  Soul Gem: Thunder Strike - Landing after a Shock Jump causes two shockwaves to form.
