it was about time i did this. as i saw through the templates that everyone was using, NO ONE did Starfy yet, but not to worry. also all of his specials are not just Star Spins...

Specials:
Neutral Special: Magic Coin: if there is a Star facing the screen, then goods will appear such as food, heart containers, or Maximum Tomatoes. but if it has a poop symbol, then it plans everyone into the ground, but so do you...

Side Specialowerful Spin:
Starfy will turn around, fand grab Moe by the back and spin around (when off the ledge, he will be unable to jump for recovery due to dizziness) anyone who makes contact will get be flying.
Note: you can move left & right & by holding B, He will fly in the air, similar to Tornado Kirby. (but he will get dizzy and if off the stage, he’ll not recover unless you maneuver your way outta there)
Up Special: Balloon: By Repeatedly Pressing B, he will go higher until he touches the platform/stage but when he makes contact with someone (punch/projectile/etc.) he will lose the balloon, however he can still use his double jump and other moves.

Down Special:
A nurse Jelleto Sister will come out and heal Starfy (temporarily) You are still able to attack and everything while this happens.
Final Smash: Moon Blast: when near an opponent, Starfy will star spin that opponent and stun them while Starfy Spin Jumps in the air and pushes the moon down to the Fighter/Opponent blasting them off the screen (this does not require you to press any button rapidly and that sounds kida OP imo)

Stage: Pufftop Palace: Thunderstorms will come at some point while the sky turns dark. Be careful when Ogura strikes.

Palutena's's Guidance:
Pit: Hmmm...I’ve never seen this guy before.
Palutena: That’s Starfy, the young Prince of Pufftop.
Viridi: Awwww, he looks so cute! Too cute to be a prince!
Pit: Wait, so is Starfy a starfish or a celestial star, I think he’s a starfish.
Viridi: Well I think he’s a celestial star.
Palutena: Most people say he’s weak, but he pushed the moon and blew it up when he was facing a dragon pirate.
Viridi: WOAH,REALLY?!
Pit: That’s so cool!
Palutena: Anyways, he’ll get dizzy when he Spins too much, leaving him vulnerable to attack.
