Original name \o/ ...not really orz. Did this on a whim. I fiddled with brush settings and made a brush to make this picture. (Done in Photoshop CS4)
I dunno what else to right other then BLUE o_o BLUUUE. Didn't really use any layer styles or anything, I just sort of painted. :3

Ooh, the blue... It definitely gives a chilly feeling. Reminds me of those early winter days when there is no snow but the grass is frozen. Beautiful effect. Surprisingly, deino looks pretty happy considering he's a dragon type.
