Description
This here is Commander up, one of the toughest son of a guns in the entire galaxy. He's part one of two Starhsip characters I drew (sortof) in this style... which isn't my usual. I also drew Taz, which you can find somewhere.... i'll put a link up later.

Also that smudge under his eye was not intentional; my eraser smudged my paper!! But i feel like it could be a bruise on his pretty little face, and thus adds character...
