I just really love her arcs. Her character in general was kinda lacking, but that was sorta the point, which explains why she's supposed to not have a route in the "Intended" (As in like, if the game didnt go wonky) game.
and tbh, I didnt really like Yuri. She felt really weirdly written, for one. For two, the stabbing thing felt incredibly forced. And third, she's just kinda overrated as a character.

Yes, I agree that she's a bit overrated. I think most people love a shy, mysterious hot girl that likes books, and it's scary when she slowly becomes obsessed with you and kills herself. I'm guessing the stabbing thing felt forced because Monika is supposedly messing up her files to act like that.

That's a good point. I just felt it was a cop-out though.
I think actually that the biggest thing that bugged me was that Monika decided to just delete Natsuki instead of lowering her into dying. If she had eliminated everyone like that, I think the atomosphere may have been a bit more intense. Especially if Monika was still so casual about it. But hey, it's fine that she didn't die. Just felt kinda pointless to just off Natsuki so quick.

I agree. If she was able to do the erasing thing that whole time, why couldn't she have done it the beginning? It doesn't make sense.
Maybe if she made the player find out things about Natsuki's dad/family or Monika to mess with the code and make her dad do something horrible to her, like hit her or something. I understand that they hint at it in the game, but I believe that the developers could go more into detail of Natsuki's past. My thought against this is that the creators and/or Monika wanted the player to not feel bad for the other people as Monika deletes them.

Yeah, true. I mean, making Natsuki just not exist versus having her dad kill her or something would be a far less tragic thing. Yet, at the same time, Yuri kills herself in front of the player.

I imagine that Monika wants Yuri to look bad, and making Yuri obsessed and self-harming was the best option for Monika. I believe that maybe the creators wanted Monika to make the girls look bad, but in the end she gets impatient and paranoid that the player would find out too soon and ended quick. Then again, that's just a theory I have.

Thinking about it though, it still does make sense, since when it is just Monika, she said her intent for Yuri and Sayori was just to make them less likable, and they were simply driven to suicide. So in a way, deletion seems almost merciful to do.
