Wow,i'm impressed with that person,thanks for teaching us on how to load this mansion
correctly.

i believe that secret to use this mod in single player or other modes,is very simple as the author
mentions used it in low quality graphics in settings pause menu in the game itself
no need for any graphics card or stuff like that,just set it in low quality graphics even though its laggy
when you used it ,but i guarantee it will work just like you see it before you,that person is good at this
i dont intend on optimizing it to fully on speed,it wont be necessary

u can load or make new game,its up to you!

just make sure,that the settings is in low graphics quality to use this exclusive building mods from michelle

i'm using a gta v graphics,but the graphics in the console,is quite more different and more detailed so i can tell the difference
