You like General Grievous too! (I just posted a raving comment about your excellent picture of a dashing Uruk-hai). I thought this was pretty cool (no offence to the sources of inspiration you posted links to but shhhh! - I liked your's best.) The eyes are very nicely done...and I don't think you need to make it too neat, it looks good as is.
