Description This is my version for the Radical Racer OCC.

She is Sarah Parker, daughter of The Great Flash, Samuel Parker. Sam was the all time Champion of the Radical E-Race Competition owned by Vince Victor. However, he became a prey of Vince's trap as he intended to go against Vince and his organisation for the illegal crimes in the competition. Sarah was told that his father died in a race when she was 5 years old. But she never believed it and returned back to the same racing competition to find his whereabouts after 17 long years.

At the age of 18, Sarah received an arm bracelet from her father's will. The bracelet was not any ordinary arm bracelet. It helped Sarah to uncover the hidden works of her missing father and bring his bike into one piece. Hence, she always wears her father's bracelet and considers it as her lucky charm.

She was able to recreate her father's e-bike. She called it "TURBO". Turbo has a special transformer based circuit at the back wheel which super charges the cells of the bike and thereby, able to amplify the speed from 200 km/h to 300 km/h within 5 seconds. However, the transformer based circuit's core gets replenished only after 24 hours of its use, hence, can be used once during a race. The 3 panels on the front and back indicates the charge and speed of Turbo respectively.

Sarah uses a NEUTRODE as a special trick. When a Neutrode is stuck to an electro-magnetic surface, it sucks out all the electrical energy from the item/bike and earths it within a second. Hence, it acts as a sudden hand brake to a running bike, thereby, tripping one from the bike. It's location is a secret (Can be on the bike's front side panels or on Sarah's jacket) so as to deceive the other racers.
