Here's a better thought: instead of telling an artist where to place their artwork (seeing as it clearly doesn't violate any of DeviantArt's rules), why don't you go somewhere else on DeviantArt? Nobody's forcing you to look at these pictures, so you have no business forcing your sense of entitlement or personal opinions onto someone else.
You are the one that has no argument for staying on this page and telling an artist what they should be doing. You don't like this? That's all well and good, but keep your mouth shut, close the page, and go somewhere else. DeviantArt is for everyone, not just you, and as long as content follows the rules and guidelines then there's nothing wrong.
