THanks for showing me! It was a really great start, though you might want to add the green wash to a lesser degree on the buildings and grass, they looked a bit disjointed from the green sky as they were still lit just as they were in the original picture.

I apologize for being a n00b. I assume by "green wash" you meant the rays (my words).
I had merged the rays with the green sky and lake. So, I was able to remove the rays over building and grass only, not the lake. I could see picture now looks better.
