another annual angel for my mother.at first, I was going for a rather punk-rock-ish one this year but then the vision of some serenely dancing butterfly took over.
maybe it was that 'venus' album (thanks, gab
).... with a very special greeting to monsieur angel-expert pierre.
multi liners, casein paint, ink, brown & yellow paper

engel 05 ist leider nie fertig geworden.
wenn ich mich recht entsinne, hab ich ihn dir sogar schon mal gezeigt, als du dich damals bei der burg beworben hattest. war recht blaustichig-ornamental, das ding.
die idee mit dem gelben papier ist mir übrigens erst ziemlich zum schlluss gekommen und hat den charakter des bildes noch mal totaal verändert.

Diese ruhige Ausgelassenheit (ist das paradox? Hm, ich finds trotzdem treffend) ist richtig fesselnd und das Gelb wirkt hier überhaupt nicht agressiv und aufdringlich wie sonst.

im original ist es eigentlichgrau und gelb, aber da das gelbe papier im scan eine dermaßen inoperabel perverse farbe angenommen hatte, hab ich's insgesamt richtung DA-grü verschoben.
