How about a cute little kitty-cat 
Which are: snakebites, labret, monroe on right side, eyebrow on left side, 5 piercings in left ear, 6 in the right ear...then have the cat holding a large body piercing needle either in its mouth or paws...? Hopefully that was helpful... lol... then.. if you want to throw in anything else.. right on! ^_^

I can't wait to have this one done. My girlfriend and I's anniversary is August 31st, and she told me she was gonna give me $200 to help get the tat started. That at least should cover the linework, I hope.
