Description Firstly, please excuse the awful photo with my hand stuffed in there!

Secondly, I put this in the Amigurumi section as he is mainly crochet, only a few parts are made from felt.

Anyway, this is of course the cute little pest, Gir ^.^ A friend of mine requested a little Gir.

I began searching around for some patterns but couldn't find anything I was overly satsfied with so made my own! Wasn't too difficult in the end considering he's some 'blockish' shapes with some little limbs. He does have a little crochet tail even if you can't see it in this photo!

His colour has unfortuntly been washed out by the flash, I did manage to get the exact shade Gir is.

Most of Gir is crochet, the only parts that aren't are his tonuge, ears, nose and zip.


Once again apologies for the awful photo >.< But the good news is she loved him and that's all that mattered! lol

Thank you ^.^ I have half a pattern written out atm, little free time recently and even when I've had free time something has always come up to deprive me of it! I will eventually have the full pattern written out for him. Going to see if I can make another one to put some pictures with the pattern just for references.

I will send you a message when I finally get around to having the pattern up here.

Hey, sorry I've been away from DA for a while now, busy busy >.< I'll see if I can dig out my notes for you and type them up into something that makes sence! I have a free day tomorrow (finally!) so I'll see how much I can work up a written pattern from my notes.

He's not too difficult, mainly just two crochet blocks one on top the other with half spheres for eyes and lots of felt. Most of it I just make up as I go as it's second nature to make those shapes now so I'll see if I can work something out and put it into a pattern that works!

Apologise to your friend if I have missed their birthday! Very late, or possible excedingly early birthday pressie!

Glad you found something in the end ^.^ I got half of the pattern written out but sadly still not had time to sit down to do the other half, so once again sorry for being a pain! GRRR! Something always comes up even when I have a free day! Need to just baracde myself in my flat and pull the plug on the phone I think! lol
