Goodbyes are hard, everybody knows that.
Some say the hardest goodbyes, are those that aren't explained, others say the hardest are the ones where you can't let go.
I don't agree with any of them; all goodbyes are hard.
But the hardest are when you know, deep down, that there isn't going to be another hello.
You know that these are the last few moments with that person, you might see them on pictures, or talk to them online, but there will never be a true hello, you will always be distant, no matter how much you try.
Goodbyes are hard when everybody cries, but ten times worse when it's only the departee.
Goodbyes are hard when there are so many people to say goodbye to, but worse when you're on your own, hugging yourself to feel less alone.
Goodbyes are always hard, they will never be easy.
No matter the conditions, the people.
No matter the tears, the emotions.
Goodbyes mean that someone is being cut out of your life, whether your the departee or the one left behind.
Never miss a goodbye, never take one for granted.
Because a goodbye is final.
