Concept drawings of the protagonist for my comic.Character: Ai the mercenary
Class: Combat Magus
Race: Chimera Demon
Weapons: small Katana
Conjuration spells and Elemental spells
Element: Darkness
Side story: Ai used to be a knight for a mysterious group called The Divine Β Hand but it was later revealed to him that this mysterious group was a religious cult trying to create an actual Angel. The God hand later on betrayed Ai by sacrificing him to a ritual that can birth an Angel into the world of the living, but the ritual was unsuccessful and Ai was reborn as a Demonic Demon while still maintaining a humanoid appearance. As Ai's powers continued to develop he became a mercenary for hire and came across many strong allies during his multiple contracts.

Yah your totally right about his class because I was trying to think of a class that involves summoning swords and magic spells. I guess I was thinking too much about the skill tree for conjuration spells in Skyrim and the Bound weapons.

I like the contradictions. Darkness, angels. He's a conjurer, but his race sounds like something that'd be conjured.
