Me and my friends do it all the time with a raspy-like voice. It actually originated from one of the episodes, we made fun of it for a while, and a friend of my actually just brought it up not too long ago xD! Oh the lulz...

Yep, this was made entirely by the Win brush. You just have to click on the canvas and an awesome picture will appear. That's my secret...

Yeah, it was a default Photoshop brush, it's called the Opacity brush or something like that.
