So I'm completely ashamed of myself because it's been about five days since I've last posted/been able to post any completed drawings (still doodling and stuff, but that doesn't count) so I decided to post one of my fast 'vent' doodles until tomorrow when I can post a couple of finished things. It's a bit awful because I just was trying to work through stress.This last month has been a bit relentless as far as unexpected things happening. Not really bad, just really inconvenient and time consuming. But sadly working obsessively on things is the only way I can stop myself from feeling depressed (it really energizes me when I'm getting stuff done!) and so the last few days I've been feeling really crappy.
I'm just going to stop saying "Things are freed up so I can work on stuff again" now because every time I do I get pulled from stuff and it just sucks! I'm just going to hope that after today I'll be able to start working excitedly on things again, talk to some cool people, and bounce back mood-wise because I'm tired of feeling like I'm not making any progress.

Oh shush you XDD I looked like I was high in that pic (but the truth was, my ipad kept slipping out of my hands, so I tried holding that smile while I was tempted to fling the device across the room)
My choir director found it at a garage sale, and gave it to me about a decade ago XDDD it sounds like a traditional harp, but if you press on the cord tabs, you can strum it like a guitar and get even MORE range! I love it to bits, but it is SOOOOOOO out of tune XDD (haven't pulled it out of the closet in about 4 years XDDD)

This is incredibly cute <3 and I do the same when I don't do a lot or feel like I am accomplishing anything, it may sound dumb but I clean my room to cope when I start feeling low.
No matter what best of luck with all and keep going, you can do it!

I don't think it sounds dumb at all! I think it's good that you're turning your bad feelings into something more positive, such as cleaning or doing whatever else. Too many people will just do nothing when they feel unaccomplished, which I think only adds to the problem.
