because this is one of the most beautiful Pokemon ever. I wonder why they did not feature it more in the anime? I think it is one of the coolest and the shiniest. ^^Look at the shiny diamond yes!

Agree. I think the same too. I love the shading you gave it. My starmie was so epic at beauty contests in emerald. It annoys me when they say that milotic is the most beautiful (seriously what a joke of creature design). I could accept a dragonair or ninetales but not a milotic.

the diamond looks so shiney and the coloring just so amazing. Besides I think the background fits very well to the starmie.
