It's an awesome art website.
The site actually has a free drawing program that has a lot of neat tools and even layers.
The online community is awesome, too.

I spend most of my time online there. I don't even have 200 images uploaded here on Deviantart, but I have just over 1,000 on Sumo.

Well, for one it's a LOT easier to use.
Then, the program links up right to the site so I can save them directly.
And after that, Deviantart has higher standards of good art-- so I can upload crappy drawings, also XD
Sumopaint is also VERY closeknit. A lot of the people know each other.
