The gender of the adopt is up to you (the Owner) to decide;.
The Owner may regift the design.
The Owner may retrade the design.
The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought.
The Owner may not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (art extra).
The Owner may use the design for personal/ non-commerical use.
Changes/additions to the design are allowed as long as this is done in OTHER art and not in the official adopt one.
Never withdraw my credits for the design (even if you modify it, you still need to keep my credits)
