Description See? They're coming. Slowly, but they're coming.

This was an assignment for my British Literature class. We were discussing the characters from The Canterbury Tales and we were each assigned one to draw and describe.

I, obviously, received The Skipper.

Now, I added what I could to the drawing from the description, but there wasn't much there, so I sort of took artistic license. :D
I would imagine a Skipper being more... well, old. But I'm not used to drawing the aged persona, so young Skipper it is.

I rather like the way this one came out. Especially the face. And I know that the arm is a tad bit long, and that I've drawn a poor excuse for a saddle, but hey, it's an english project. Leave me alone. xD

Oh, and reference used. I had NO idea how to draw a person on a horse. @_@

EDIT: Alright, changed the arm, because my brother compared him to Dhalsim. >>

this looks really neat! I really like the expression and shading looks really nice. The hands look a alittle wierd.....but not too bad
