Photoshop is easier to use for such paint-thingies but oekaki is somehow more fun. XD

It is really easy, for example the rocks, I just started with a grey shape and added shadows and details with different grey tones with the brush tool. You don't even need to work very accurate there, that somehow gives it that painterly look.
