I've been meaning to upload this for a couple days now, but since I had some IRL stuff to deal with as well as some school-related projects to complete before the upcoming Christmas break, I was only able to do it now.

So... Luna. This started off as a quick sketch I did in my old sketchbook. I didn't really know what to do with it: I was planning to submit it on my art blog, however I didn't really got to it. I sort of "re-discovered" it about a week or so ago, and decided to sit down and make something of it finally.

And since I'm still on the whole "experimenting with various media" phase, I decided to try coloring with dry pastels. Overall, it took me a couple days to finish it - mostly because of the aforementioned stuff I had to do for school.

I'm quite satisfied with how this whol thing came out. I realize it's not perfect, but still I kind of like it.

Also, I know Luna's color scheme is a bit off, but my set of pastels has a very small color palette, so I had to use what I already got... who knows... maybe Santa will bring me a slightly bigger set this year?
