Was trying to make a tiny galaxy with watercolors but things went out of hand...and tada!! Changed it into a dreamcatcher!!^_^Used watercolors with a hint of pearl acrylics!

I srsly thought that it was a picture of a dreamcatchers on a a tree...but i never imagined something...so..so..gorgeous!! Β
I really admire the time and effort u spent on drawing and painting the tree,arranging the decor so beautifully and the dreamcatcher is just woah!!!How long did it take u to do it?And which type of paints did u use..

Yes I really did it! I'm so happy you like it so much!!! And I don't mind saving the pic at all, I'm honored
It took me around 6h of painting, but I got a sketch of it on the white wall for like 1 year because I just came up with idea because of the photo of such painting in some room and drew the quick pencil lines on wall and that was all for such long time haha XD
I used simple white wall paint and then some pigments for such paint: blue, violet and red and just mixed them in different proportions to get pink, purple, dark blue etc.
First I painted the branches of the tree but in the sketch version I had every leaf painted separately, but I quickly realized that it'd be too much work with such method, so I started to just "hit" the wall with brush, making something like the bush. I started from the brighter colors and finished on the darker ones. Believe me or not, but most of it was just improvisation. And it was so much fun!
