These would be their dresses for the Winter Palace. Ataashi's has those transparent bits under her skirt so it looks like fire whenever she twirls or runs. ♥
And I'm sure Ferityth's got some hidden daggers in her skirt. She doesn't leave for a mission (or anything for that matter) without some sort of dagger.
