YAY!As promised, i finished my print for SMASH!
There may or may not be the border + watermarks on the actual print tho XD

Personally I would not change the red ribbon at all. It's what makes this image so striking. The blur effect in the upper left corner gives the ribbon even more movement. I'd might change the hue of the blue stockings to something more of a dull/earth tone blue to match the earthy colors of the outfit, but that's only a suggestion to try. Your skills at digital coloring is astounding. You have a real gift.
I'm not sure about the pose in this (the leg kicked back bothers me). If you don't already, I recommend using a photo or a real person as a bases for complex poses. Other than that... her eyes are lacking. They are beautiful, but they seem to lack purpose. There isn't much emotion or action in them (I find that to be true about most of your eyes). I'd expect maybe she would look at the audience (looking down, in this case, instead of somewhere in the distance). And perhaps have her eyebrows lowered giving it a cocky "you couldn't touch me even if you wanted" stare with a smug half smile. That's just an idea, think about her personality, or the feel you want to give, and express that in the eyes and face.
You said you wanted critique so I hope this wasn't too harsh. I really love your work here, so that's why I mentioned these things.

Hmmm well I think it will help to read up on facial expressions. I don't know of a tutorial... but DA probably has one. Having that knowledge, of what facial cue creates what emotions, will help a lot!
Purpose is just using the eyes to say more about the person or what she is doing.
For example, you could have drawn a girl standing straight in this image... but that wouldn't give the playful personality or show that she is jumping/skipping. You were thinking about purpose when you drew the body, whether you were thinking about personality or action. Eyes are the same. You can convey action (like she could be looking to the side for emeries <_<
Maybe the best thing is to find an artist (maybe one on DA) who's very good at expressions. See how they convey feelings and actions through eyes and the face.
