Love how you did her gray, I have a question for you though, how do you do your colored lines?

For this one I set them on "soft light" under layer mode. Its the option beside the opacity in photoshop. Sometimes I reduce the opacity too as well as set it on soft light.

I do them in black. But now that I think about it I guess I should do it in dark gray if I'm going to use the soft light mode. I think it kind of works like grayscale, you shouldn't use solid black or white. Once you set it to the soft light mode any color that is under the lines will show through and that's what colors the lines. Sometimes I duplicate it if I want it really pronounced. You have to have done a good job in coloring the lines it it will look messy. If I know I want to do the soft light method, I usually use the lasso/invert/fill bucket method of coloring inside the lines. I can explain that if you don't know what I mean.

Yeah I know what you mean about the color not staying in the lines. I find that drawing on a larger canvas helps since the pixels are smaller and having really clean lines, like using Paint tool SAI for lines. The program has a stabilizer you can use that helps you draw really smooth lines.

It took me a while to get use to SAI but I really like it for lines.
And you're welcome! Anytime I can help!

It is isn't it? I've stolen so many from people XD I'd grey her to a light light almost white grey, so you can still see her markings a tad.
