might want to make the grey covers all multi colored - to liven the image up - plus in those times they would of have access to colored cloth material

The details are good, but the overall color scheme of bluish greys feels artifical to me; all the places I've lived would have a lot more shades of tan (cream, sand, brown, dun) in ground & dust & stone & wood & those canvas awnings et al.
Do you come from a particularly grey ecozone, or is this an artistic choice?
