it's not a bengal, i believe it's asian leopard cat (the breed that was taken for bengals breeding)

In german the wild form is "Bengalkatze", so I just translated it directly.

Such a precious photo! I was wondering if you allow your photos to be used as artwork reference given proper credit?

Beautiful shot. Is this an ALC or an early generation cat? I have four Bengals ... but none are quite this wild looking.

Bengal filials, with early socialization, make wonderful companions and form intense bonds with their owners. They are extremely intelligent and playful - more like a dog in personality and smarts than a typical cat (mine even play fetch). All of my bengals have wonderful temperments and are extremely affectionate ... and they all sleep on my bed.
What is it that you do not like or are concerned about? All "domestics" originated from wild stock and hybridization. Given the monumental genetic health problems plaguing "purebred" dogs and cats ... it may be time to go back to the drawing board. English Bulldogs and Munchkin Cats signal that domestication ... is not necessarily a good thing (unless you are a veterinarian getting rich).
