Awww he does look sad. 
But GREAT photo. I mean seriously. I look around and come across many photos i love, but this is like i dunno what it it is. Maybe it's just the cuteness of the tiger or the absolute clarity of this picture! And the capture of the emotion is amazing to me. There is what looks like a little drop coming out his nose that just adds to the emotion. It's almost like he's been crying and his nose has been running a bit from it. Awww *wants to hug him*
