Description
About RWBY, there are three things we can all agree.Firstly: volume 5 was a low point for the action animation, and not even the one awesome fight between Raven and Cinder could redeem it. That time Blake and Sun saved Blake's dad from those two fox guys, froze them solid, and proceeded to just have a chat and stand around watching as they defrosted and broke out...or that godawful final showdown where you had like eight of the heroes vs five of the villains, and Nora Valkyrie was the only one who got to do anything cool...
Secondly: volume 6 not being available on the official YouTube channel is an inconvenience. Yes, I know I can just watch it on the RT website, but BLEH.
And Thirdly: regardless of your stance on the various waifus in the show, Winter is Best Adult Girl. Sorry Raven, you tried.
(for reference, Cocoa, Emerald, Velvet and Cinder all very nearly made it to the commission...but none of them are a haughty military officer with a cool cutlass, fancy magic, and basically just "Best Team RWBY Girl but older"
Winter lends herself to the Reverse Stepford thing better than any of them. Cinder and maybe Cocoa could have worked, but none to the same extent. So you're darn right we went with the rich girl.

Volume 4 was...not the strongest, but it had its moments. One really cool fight with Uncle Qrow, and we finally got some Ren and Nora backstory, which was nice. It was a bit slow to get going, but when it did, cool stuff happened.

It wasn't exactly bad, but it was nowhere near as good as any of the others.

So either she finally decided to let her hair down and relax for once OR that is a very advanced, military strategy training simulation she is interacting with
(also, thank the gods for finally allowing us to see a Schnee letting her hair down again instead of a ponytail, braid, or bun! Not to mention that exposed shoulder 
I actually liked the volume 5 fight scenes. Not any with Blake granted, I will agree with you there, but we got to see Jaune finally unlock his semblance, Hazel seems like a bit of a badass, and not to mention we got to see Oscar/Ozbin/Ozma fight for the first time.
what’s bleh about simply going over to a different website? Hell at this point I watch less commercials on RT than I do with YouTube and that’s more than enough reason for me to prefer that site. At least there aren’t any random, without warning, video ads popping up without warning there.
not that I blame you for your preference of best adult girl (Raven for me winning that position by just a hair which is coincidentally also the main deciding factor along with her red eyes and added MILF bonus points) but I’m honestly a little surprised that Glynda didn’t get a mention from you

There wasn't, however, any one particularly great fight in volume 5.
Qrow vs Tyrian, or volume 2's food fight, or any of the arena fights in volume 3...Velvet taking on those Paladins, RWBY tag-teaming that first Nevermore, Qrow vs Winter, Ren finally killing that one Grimm, hell, even Yang beating up those bandits...Raven and Cinder's MaidenBrawl was, like, the only thing that even came close.
It's not just me, yeah? Like every Youtube video I load up comes with an ad, and it's always a frigging League of Legends one...

There was some good dialogue though. More than there would have been in a fight granted but there were some very good lines. That one were Raven criticizes Ruby for sounding like summer, Jaune breaking down while Cinder taunts him, even the dialogue with Oscar and Ozbin which eventually lead to him forcing his way to take over Oscar’s body. That was the first scene of many soon after that made me start questioning Ozbin.
You get league of legends? I keep getting ads for freemium games
I wouldn’t mind the ads so much if it was JUST at the beginning or at least gave warning that it’s going to happen. Most of the time I’m watching a video, something awesome is happening like a fight scene or a monologue or something than suddenly it gets cut off out of nowhere to tell me a preview for what some people would do for a Klondike bar XD
it certainly is not known! Cocoa? Really? The only real good thing I like about her is her theme song. She carries a freaking purse around as a weapon for crying out loud! XD
also, currently, I think Salem actually holds the title of the RWBY waifu MVP, before everything that happened to her anyway. You’ve seen her backstory right? She’s basically looks just like what I would have imagined an ideal anime waifu would be.

On record, I don't think volume 5 was bad...(except for all of Blake's fights...and that big group battle at the end...what was Ruby even doing throughout that?)...it was just nowhere near as good as the others.
Jaune at least trying to fight Cinder was pretty awesome. And Nora Valkyrie was, as always, frigging amazing in that fight.
Give Nora and Ren a spinoff, dangit RT, you cowards.
Yeah. League, and Youtube Premium. And, like..I get them pushing their own service, I totally understand that...doesn't mean I'm gonna pay money for the privilege of skipping ads, but hey, nice try, Youtube.
I get those, and occasionally some Open University ones. Most of the fremium game ones I get are paid promotions in videos; Gigguk often opens with a little endorsement for some anime game or another...most of which I was already playing. Heh.
There's...sometimes a countdown. "Ad in 5...4...3...2..." etc...but, failing that, you can usually see the little yellow blobs in the loading bar thingie at the bottom. It does vex, especially when they come at the worst possible moments. Bits that absolutely should not have been an ad-break. Like, mid conversation. And then after that thirty second, unskippable ad, you've got to remember what everyone was saying beforehand...
Cocoa's design is bitchin'. And that handbag...heh...it's also a gun! ^.^

You're getting Youtube Premium ads? Short of the incontinent pop up ad I can quickly close as soon as it comes up I haven't seen any of those really. The closest thing I can think of are commercials for that Karate Kid spinoff show.
I don't even get the countdown or the yellow blob things. Most times it just comes in out of nowhere and I need to resist the urge to toss my computer against the wall XD

Yeah but I think that book for Salem (The Girl in the Tower btw, mentioned a couple of times in earlier volumes) is only in the RWBY universe so I'm not sure how much that counts XD
and again WATCH IT ON RT ALREADY! Just watch the first three episodes if nothing else, episode three being the one that most people have were saying that showed the quality of volume six is just as good as the earlier ones with Monty Oum

Ruby... I know your Silver Eyes are neat and all... But you had a sniper rifle. There were easier, less "likely to totally incapacitate you and render yourself useless for the rest of the fight" ways to give the guy some breathing room.

I was totally geared up to do it last week, but then I went to their YouTube (where I'd watched all five previous volumes) and it wasn't there, and that made me saaad. 😔
I have, however, seen a supercut of Blake and Yang's fight with Adam, as well as the train fight, and can confirm that the action animation, at least, is good.
I am also aware of the vaguely hypnosisy Grimm who makes everyone so bored and depressed that they don't even care that it's murdering them.

Yep, a YouTube red show called cobra kai naturally about Johnny Lawrence and the cobra kai dojo. Basically the synopsis of the story is that old rivalry between Johnny and Danny gets resparked when Johnny reopens cobra kai against Danny’s already successful dojo and we follow Johnny as he tries to regain the cred the dojo lost from the first movie.

Like, I was aware that the RT website is a thing, but since all the other volumes are on their Youtube, I kinda assumed volume 6 would be as well...and then I couldn't find it, so I gave up and watched O Maidens in your Savage Season instead.
