Please take a look at the bottom right part of the next picture. Ho Mok is a kind of Thai steamed recipes, I love to eat, but I do not know how to make it by myself. Ho Mok is the steamed fish curry pudding. The reason that it becomes pudding, because egg is a part of it. The liquid paste becomes more solid after steaming.
