^__^This other guy is from an anime called "Tiger and Bunny." I think his name is Antonio Lopez.
I've been corrected. Seems Ginjou came first.
But,I still think it's kinda silly, so I wanted to leave it up.

I know they kinda look like each other, but the thing is, Ginjou came first. Ginjou made his debut in the manga in November 2010, while Mr. Lopez made his in April this year. Tiger & Bunny started airing months after Ginjou's first appearance.
What's funny is that Ginjou's ramen bowl has the kanji for "tiger" on it, whereas Mr. Lopez is the best friend of Kaburagi Kotetsu aka Wild Tiger.
On another note, you should definitely give Tiger & Bunny a try. It's very good

Hmmm. I may look it up. I saw a few characters, they all look rather odd. Odd in a good way. They all seem different.
