Did a Mass Effect trilogy play through recently, forgot just how good all three games were despite the ME3 ending controversy it is a much better experience now since they added the extended endings. Kaiden is dead (as he is in 90% of my play throughs) as well as Miranda who was killed despite me warning her about Kai Leng, a bug maybe.
