And yeah, I really just made my FR account too see what the noise was all about. Just a day or two before the big drama where SJW's started running very rampant.
I haven't dared venturing into the forums. FR seems even more drama-prone than Aywas (and yes, very guilty of making cute little digital paper-doll outfits on Aywas).

Water has 1954 users, so it's not all bad, but then again, Wind is the biggest with 4260 users.
Earth is the smallest btw, with only 965 users. Of cause one never knows how many of the signed users are actually active.
I'm in Ice, and since you have missed all the drama I guess I should tell you that we are a bunch of "cheating, stealing, lying and hacking bitches".
Which of cause is a load of bull XD But it's still funny to see people flipping their shit over it.
Drama prone they are indeed, but mostly on tumblr now, since the admins put up new forum rules to slow down those looking for a fight.
In turn that have made more of the quiet and gentle users pop up on the forums.
Also, doing this down time I feel that even the Flight Rising tag on tumbler have become friendlier and community like. I guess nothing is so bad it's not good for something :3

I don't really get that sort of in-game prejudice. I mean, I know there's rules against it now, but honestly... taking the game a little too far? But it sounds good that the new rules are actually working.
And I think I jinxed something mentioning that Aywas was "not quite as bad"... Gah! Aywas Tumblr, what's going on with the witch-hunts these days?
(There's hate on one Scavenger Hunt group, because *the judges/admins* won't disallow a specific entry they made for Scavenger Hunt. 'cause that's totally the groups fault.
And just Today, one big name as been accused of being transphobic, when the opposite is close to being true (in fact, it turns out she's been close to being trans-sexual herself, and she was defending trans-sexuals against the people trying to conquer the term, even though they don't want to change their body in any way, but just don't feel "normal gender-roles and normal gender-terms fit them").
Not to mention someone was being accused of ripping off another in a colouring contest on the local drama-anonumous Aywas Tumblr, because they both dared to make a white and golden trench-coat on an angel. Gasp! Nobody ever thought of using white and golden colours on angels before!)

The prejudice isn't really that bad, it’s very few selected butthurt people, with very wide mouths.
They scream a lot, which makes everyone else laugh.
If you see any Ice flight hate around, chances are that it's a sarcastic joke.

Aaah, here in FR land we have the "Admin demoted because of mental illness" drama.
Funny thing is that no one actually knows if it's true at all.
There's only coming info from the demoted admin’s friend.
None of the parties actually involved have made any statements anywhere.

Hey, here's a rumour none of the involved parts have said anything about, and nobody knows if it's actually true or not. Let's all obsess about it.
Sounds like the Internet, all right.
And usually people have more common sense than this on Aywas. Aywas Confessions just happens to be where idiots and assholes can say hurtful things while being anonymous (word is that the worst stuff - that's obviously hateful for no other reason than being hateful - is being edited out. I never want to see those confessions). The good thing is that posters are usually called on it, if they are out of line. This one obviously isn't turning into a witch-hunt. Lot's of people are reacting negatively to this particular anonymous asshole.
At one point, someone even made a confession about me. But that was actually positive combined with well-argued constructive criticism. And seeing how some people react to CC, I can understand why there's people that want to be helpful without getting their name out there.

All tumblr confessions blogs are terrible spiteful things, which were better off not existing.
They might start out as something good, but in very short time they all turn into the info hub of asshats and other kinds of people looking for drama and a fight.
I saw the confession about you and it was really nice, given it was on a confession blog.
Urhg, sometimes I feel so out of place on art sites.
I mean people get literally lynched for giving out a CC that is actually helpful.
Sometimes I miss the days when TB was alive. Not that it was perfect, but it really wasn’t bad at all.

The Aywas tag is small and cozy (maybe 50-100 posts a day in average), and Aywas pretty much is all about the artists on the site. So every time the confession blog get something toxic about an artist, other users will come to the artist's rescue.
It may be an anonymous Tumblr blog, but you do not get to harass the Aywas artists on it (it is however fair game to attack an artist for something else, that has nothing to do with their art. Then they're just players).
The CC thing seems to depend on the place. You can for instance get away with this, if you lynch someone in your personal DA-comments, and have your friends help on your own DA-site. But if you for instance tried the same on the Aywas forum, people would instantly come to the rescue of the person giving CC. I think this is the case with most actual forums that has lots of artists using them.
Personal galleries = good for lynching
Artistic forums = very, very bad for lynching.
The more serious the artistic forum, the worse you are off trying to lynch someone for giving you CC. You do *not* want to try that stunt at for instant Conceptart.org - Bad, bad, bad idea. No amount of internet celebrity status will save you there. XD
And yeah, i think most old TB-artists miss the "good old days".
