Part of my Doodlmas 2008 series.Larissa_J requested a doodle, but didn't get specific. When we were in Stratford-upon-Avon this past fall, we had a good ten minute giggle over a particular outfit from Hamlet. I decided to recreate that for her doodle - especially since no good publicity shots exist for said outfit (a shame, really).
Greyscale markers, ink and pastels.

I saw Hamlet. It was the performance AFTER the last performance David Tennant did in London. Words cannot express my disappointment. And I was about to go to what turned out to be his last performance, too, but changed my mind at the last minute..
Anyway, the drawing is wonderful!
