Raised on a pepper farm, Pepperdance grew up surrounded by hard work, trade, and most of all, business and she'd fostered that time into a talent _for_ business and social charm.
When she moved to Manehattan, she found a job as a hostess in the Gilded Grotto and very quickly became one of the more valued members of Gilded Family.

Since she's an Applejack, I figure she should have some similarities there. As such, she's blunt, tough, and has confidence in spades. But unlike AJ, let's say her moral compass is... a bit askew.
Her colours are a bit different than the toy, but I wanted to emphasize her mane as lighter and I guess I'm still allergic to bright saturated colours. I hope it's still close enough there.
And while the Pepperdance toy is just a minifig, I decided to take some inspiration from the AJ brushable, too. Hence the swoopy, more stylish mane and tail. Her tail actually was a bit frustrating for a while before I decided on a simpler design. Simpler better. Shrug.
