This is a photo more for me, but I'd figure I'd share it anyways.

Synesthesia- noun
a sensation produced in one modality when a stimulus is applied to another modality, as when the hearing of a certain sound induces the visualization of a certain color.

There are a lot of different types of Synethesia, aside from sounds producing colors. Some people see personalities in letters and numbers and dates, while others will say that "A" is bright red with golden stripes. There is also the idea that dates are stretched out in front of you or located in a space around you.
For example, someone could visualize the years stretched out in a long line ahead of them, with the current year hanging over top of their heads. And then some imagine the months to be rotating around in a ferris wheel fashion.
Anyways, I thought this picture fit Synesthesia pretty well.
