MY 700TH DEVIATION!!!

Here's a "one-of-a-kind" picture I drew of a very well-known "Magicial Girl" anime character... Cardcaptor Sakura, in "Opening 1" costume! Since I remember drawing her back in early January of 2010 but in her "Opening 3" costume ([link] ), I decided that I wanted to try drawing her once again.

This was enjoyable to draw, but almost quite a challenge... I've struggled with a few parts of the character's features while drawing on paper, such as with the costume details, headpiece (hat), and her pose (especially with her hand/fingers). Considering that this was my second time making a "Cardcaptor Sakura" artpiece, I don't really think that I did a bad job, but could always work hard enough to get a bit better at it.

I'm very pleased with the finishing result of this artpiece, and I especially think Kero turned out really cute as well.

Drawn on 11x8 1/2 sketchpad, with a No. 2 pencil (and in my own traditional art style), fixed, cleaned-up, colored & shaded by using Adobe Photodeluxe Home Edtion 3.0., and finalized on MS Paint (for thin boarder, colored bubbles, and artists' signature). The background was made on Adobe Photoshop CS3, and added on & color-saturated to red by using Adobe Photodeluxe Home Edtion 3.0.
