Here is a "one-of-a-kind" MS Painted picture for my dear friend, - it's her character, Shimmer as Sailor Starkeeper!

I had the giving-heart to make this for her. In fact, I've been wanting to draw her character, Shimmer since she is so gorgeous & colorful, very fun to draw! ^_^

I'm very happy of how this came out, I hope you all will like it!

The drawing was done by using MS Paint and drawn in my very own (digital art) style. The background was color copied from Microsoft Office Word 2007 & special effected (Cloud Texture) by using Adobe PhotoDeluxe 3.0., and pasted onto MS Paint.
