Ever since Charlie was little he was a very hyper boy. Always up early at the morning and stayed up at night time to play games. His mother was very lovely to him and so was his dad. After 7 years he also got a baby sister and finally was old enough to go out fishing with his Dad. The years went well for them all until Charlie got 9 years old when feelings towards someone else kicked in. Charlie couldn't stand being around guys, he couldn't change clothes with his classmates in the room or sit together with them at the same table at lunch.

No, Charlie was very loved around girls and was always with them on everything they did. The guys became jealous and didn't like the attention Charlie had from every single girl. When he became 12 years old he was in his first fist fight against a guy who simply made fun of the way he dressed and looked and Charlie, for the first time in his life got called "Gay". Now Charlie does have heard the word many times on TV or when he simply took a walk outside, but he never thought Gay was something that represent a look? He even asked his mother about it and she explained it as well as she could for her 12 years old son, after that he never really asked about it again.

Later, the same year on the summer time Charlie's father started to realize how his son was dressing. Shorts and a shirt. Now he didn't see anything wrong with wearing shorts thought many guys walks around with short pants. But this kind of shorts weren't for boys so it got him thinking.

When Charlie became 14 years old he was allowed to go out and hunt with his dad. Charlie did love animals and doesn't like to harm them but since his Dad did it he wanted to try it out. After all, living in a wooden house near by the forest it wasn't much to do. One day out hunting his Dad suddenly got a call from a person named Dr. Grace and the news weren't happy. Charlie's mother had her first heart attack in many years. Charlie never knew about this of course but his father told him this was the second time, but last time she had it...she made it through.

The death from the mother wasn't happy at all. When someone dies nothing rly is happy or beautiful anymore. Thought Charlie tried his best to stay strong for his sister Amy and his father. He thought that after some time he would probably get over it and move on but.

Things got worse.

16 years old with his sister who was only 9 years their dad became to drink....and drink....drink after drink.... Lost his job as well because from the drinking problems he has been having. They became low on money...low on food.... and low on happiness. The only really happiness Charlie had was his sisters smile every morning from sharing beds in the horrible night and his new....special someone beside him who helped the family with money and food. Charlie found a very nice young man in who was only 2 years older than him with the name Scarp. They dated behind his dads back since he realized how difficult it to talk with him now days. Thanks to Scarp's summer work they could keep the house and got some food on the way...nothing else.

After only one year Charlie's dad found out his secret...and didn't like the idea at all from hearing it was a boy he loved. That night, he wasn't allowed to sleep with his sister beside him for comfort in his feelings. Never did he see his lover either after what happened.

18 years old, his Dad wasn't allowed to take care of them. His sister couldn't handle to keep her mouth shout and told her teacher, who told the cops and so on. Since Charlie was old enough to have his own job he was offered a apartment big enough for one and for him and his sister to handle. Charlie was very grateful from their help and finally thought he could meet his lover once again. Charlie even changed his name in the end to Amanda from his lovers joke from a girl name, it still reminds Charlie a lot about his long lost lover but Charlie liked the name enough to actually change it. Since he felt more like he belongs to the girls than to the boys.

After just a month, Charlie was now Amanda Tra-Vi, nicely dressed and worked in the same flower shop his mother used to own. Once in a while he even went out and evening to shoot a deer for his Dad.
On his 19 years old birthday all he wished for was happiness, a sign from his mother she was alright, and that he would me accepted by the ones he loves.

Today Amanda is living it calmly with his sister, working enough to keep her in school and the house going, even got some friends on the way as well during his time.
