ok

so uh I was effing around with Starr's design, so I quickly doodled somethin
then I added brown.
Then I remembered a character I never used.
so I added the blue splatter. gave a pointy ear.

ta-da. not Starr anymore.
so it's just a random character altogether, not really...going to be used.
Also I ripped off my transparency-color background to add to this. since navy blue is kinda my favorite color now, so I like to play around with it. wtf lately.
