The way you detailed the wings and hair is wonderful, I absolutely adore the concept style and the glow of the fire on the blades. The skin however lacks form and depth, it is too blurred around the nose lips and eyes. Everything but the skin is very well done and I can recommend some tutorials that helped ME with skin colouring to get the form flawless.
