I looked at your gallery, and it's filled with very good pictures ^^ I think the most important thing an artist need is passion. If you're not satisfied with your current level you can always improve, but it's fundamental to believe in what you're doing and not despise your drawings only because you wish you were like someone else. We all have our pace when it comes to learn; some people learn faster, some others learn slower, but that doesn't make them less worthy. Remember that, and you will always improve

What kind of pens do you use?

For this one I used 0.05 multiliner by Staedtler and a fude pen for the black in the background. Sometimes I work with mangaka pens by Nikko as well.
