I'm uploading this series rather backwards. This image was the second to last picture I took, after I had added on to the design in my consuming boredom. It started only with the consumption vines on my right eye, then I added the spotted eye... then I changed the lip color, and finally, added freckles. This, then, is the final chorus of consumption (mostly of time).I'm too tired to know what I feel about this series yet- although I think the consumption eye looked so much prettier and more delicately shaded in person. The whole piece comes together well enough on camera, though.
...I really need to start dabbling in other people's designs. Got any for me?
Time: Fight Club up until the point of "His Name is Robert Paulsen"
Medium: Maaakeup. Entirely cheapo+ one decent-ish eyeliner stick.

I'm going to use this idea, if you don't mind. The right eye (left side in picture) is incredible and I think it'd look awesome on my boyfriend to go with our semi-formal looks. I'm using the design from my dress, but since his outfit will quite possibly be mostly solid colors, I need something exciting to accent it all.

Yes, we had a great time. Everyone loved how well everything matched. I've showed pictures to everyone, and the proffesional photographer there printed our pictures as fast as she could cuz she said we were the cutest couple. I had a wonderful time, watching all my friends dance and showing off.

That's great! It's always better when you can add that kind of spice and fun to your night. Seems like you gave a lot of people some extra spice, not just yourself.

This weekend I'm going to do a makeup design on my girlfriend's face for the Wilkes Barre Art Fiesta in PA. I'll make sure to take a pic and load it on DevArt for you to see. I may have seen things before that are technically better in terms of craftsmanship on a really professional level but there's something about the style and things you do that I like more or as much as things I've seen in magazines. You need to get some professional facepaints and if you don't by the time you get old, I'll get them for you! I really want to see what you can do when you have ideal tools and materials to work with before you grow old and too arthritic to do this anymore. Oh and I haven't seen anything for you in a while... I hope that means the tiger is underway

And yes, the tiger is definitely underway. I spent the last few days moving into the bf's apartment, so now I'm finally settled enough to work on some more projects.

*shrug* I kind of like the lighting. It keeps the background from being too apparent. The makeup shows up fine, regardless. ^_^

Ah, but what I do shows up perfectly nicely! I've found out how to adjust the colors on my camera so it doesn't zoom in on the yellow, so s'all good.
And why would I need a sheet? The evil lighting you hate so much blocks out the background fine enough. XD

The trill marks are more like dots than stripes... but hey, you want it (/them) you come get 'em. When I'm my model, it's whatever boredom brings me. ^_^

That's really neat. It looked like fun. I love the colors. The right eye (I think right) it looks like the make up is over top of a bruise.

It was fun, though mostly done while I was too tired to realize what I was up to. XD The camera picked up the purple as darker than it was, but it looked quite a bit like a bruise IRL as well. Fun stuff. ^_^
