From the sheer volume on your lashes, I assume you're wearing false ones (though on the off-chance you aren't, what brand mascera do you use? ^_^ ).
It's very intricate. I'd love to wear this to a party or convention. What brands of makeup did you use?

^_^ They are indeed falsies- and really crappy ones at that. XD I think they're made out of some garbage-bag esque plastic. *laugh*
And thank you! You'd be more than welcome to try/use any of my projects/designs. And as for what brand of makeup I used, I'm afraid my answer won't be very helpful, because I have few specifics- most of my makeup is scrounged from 'here or there' and most of it is Halloween cheapie. But follows, in case you still want to know:
The white background on this is Ben Nye. To make the blue patch, I used a tray of blue greasepaint I had saved from Halloween, and mixed it with some white tubed cream (also super cheapie) and a little bit of regular, slightly shiny/glittery purple/grey eyeshadow to get that color I wanted. The white dots on that is a paintbrush edge dipped in that same, almost too liquidy white tube of creampaint. It's easiest to apply more liquidy creampaint on top of flat colors and not have them mix/look muddled. That's also why the little red hearts are that white creampaint mixed liberally with some cheapo Halloween red tray greasepaint. What I had left over of the red/white mix, I super-diluted it with more white, and then did the pinkish patch near my mouth, diluted it some more and used it for the plaid patch. The yellow under my eye, as well as the rest of the plaid patch, is entirely Halloween cheapo. So is the patch of cherries above my eye, with the exception of the cherries- that's more tube paint mixed until it was bright enough.
The black is all liquid eyeliner. XD

Ah, you have my sympathy. Halloween makeup ... it does get the job done, at least! All I can say is, I'm grateful for the availability of oddly-colored lipsticks! Black liquid eyeliner is a lifesaver, too. ^_^
And no wonder it took forever to wash off if you were using BN base! Try the solvent BN carries; it works wonders at getting that off quickly.

^_~ Oh, I hear you there! (Re: colored lipsticks & eyeliner. Liquid eyeliner is a godsend.) And I do have the BN solvent- one of the few things I don't go cheap-out on are makeup removers! XD I think it was all the crappy quality makeups that I heaped on top- either that, or they're all such different base materials/consistencies, that they just decided to stick like glue.
Too bad about the CATS performance/costume designer sadness near you (re: your journal). You're so good with those traditional costumes, it's a shame they're moving away from the traditional/you won't be there to do it.

Thank you! I was torn between this, a more 'faded patchwork' ragdoll, and a more gothic ragdoll. I may have to do a 'darker version' sometime- if I can muster up the patience. XD
I'd love to see a ragdoll concept of yours! With your cache of fabulous lashes, and your talent for makeup, it'd be a fabulous sight.

XD That seems to be common reaction thus far. I'm surprised, though- Sally from TNBC doesn't have any patchwork on her at all, sans her dress. True, though, she is the most famous 'ragdoll' character- so I can see how the association makes sense. ^_^
