History:

Albus grew up in the safety of a tamed herd. His parents weren't in love per se; his dam simply wanted a foal and deemed the stallion of her choice the best pick for the task. Still, the little colt had the comfort, wisdom and protection of both of his parents at his disposal.
Albus always knew how special he was to his mother, and he was aware of how intelligent he is. His mother always told him that he was destined for great things, so when he grew into an adolescent, he kind of became arrogant about it. He spent time with individuals - both human and equine - only if he deemed them suitable for his cause, even if he wasn't so sure what his cause even was in the first place. Many horses in the herd started avoiding the young, bossy stallion, until he realised that it was himself who chased them away.
Albus is still a bit of an outsider, but he manages to interact with other horses, to whom he is kind and friendly. Over the years he has turned into a stallion who enjoys the company of others.

Personality:

When you first meet Albus, he seems like a very charming and witty horse. He can be very funny, and his intelligence speaks through his actions. Still, there is a part of him that remains adventurous, and sometimes he wishes he could just find someone who could understand his way of thinking, to really see what he's capable of. Others easily trust him, and his loveable nature makes it easy for him to twist them around his little finger if he wanted. He rarely does abuse of this ability thugh, and if he does, he makes sure that everything turns out well in the end, and no one is harmed. He still has this slight arrogance to him, in the sense that he knows very well what he can accomplish, but he never acts vain towards others.

Still, there is a side to him that he rarely shows. He can be shy and flustered. He's very affectionate when in love, but also very passionate. He believes that eternal love is possible, but knows that it's a very rare thing. It might take him a bit to realise where exactly his partner's boundaries are, but once everything's cleared up, he respects them to the best of his abilities. He supports his partners, but isn't shy to tell them either if he thinks they're wrong.

Also, Albus highly prefers stallions over mares. So breedings have either to be done via IVF, or he has to be convinced via the use of certain...uh...substances (plants. I mean plants.)
