Our newest Oriental Geisha horse finally has its reference sheet!
Name: Sayuri 29 (meaning "Little Lily" in Japanese) Breed: Oriental Geisha Horse Age: 5 years Body type: Andalusian Color: Palomino Genetics: ee aa Crn Markings: red dot make up under the eyes, eyebrows, Japanese writing on her neck Dam: starter Sire: starter Personality: Sayuri is rather proud for a Geisha horse, but also very gentle. She likes to show how beautiful she is, but when she feels that anyone doesn't valuate and respect her as much as she deserves it, she tends to act a bit diva-ish - or just leave.
Befriended horses:She surprisingly befriended the Geisha horse Hanako # 27 . We think it is because Hanako's rather shy. Sayuri teaches her to be more self-confident, while Hanako teaches Sayuri to be more obedient, devote and virtuous. They can often be seen practicing the fan dance together.
Rival horses:The Icogan mare Brìghde seems to be on top of her rival list. Why is unknown; maybe it is because of her green markings.
History:Sayuri has actually been found near the stable grounds, being in an incredibly bad state, both physically and psychologically. After getting her to the vet, getting her cleaned and dressed up, we did a bit of research and found out that she had actually run away from the stable she was previously in - rather untypical for a Geisha horse. The previous owner seemed to be glad to get rid of her, as he stated she was "too complicated" for him. We assume she wanted too much of his attention and he simply wasn't ready to give it to her.

The OGH now has it's own studbook.
to be sure we only work with active horses, we go trough a small activity check.
This horse is claccified as a Classic Type OGH.
To register your horse, just submit your ref to the 'Classic Typ refs' folder.
With this we know that this horse still belongs to the breed.
if you decide that this horse is not longer active or wanted, then
either sell the horse (if it's your own design) or return the horse to the group (if it's a design from me)

I would love to keep them active. I actually have a new sketch up for them that I just need to color and shade.
Besides, I've wanted to keep the seal bay one I've designed lately.

the ones that already have ref, just submit them to the group. if you get a new ref for them, then just submit that to and I switch the refs
for the OGH that still need to get a ref, there is no deadline since it are your own designs ^^

also, I was wondering, if you would like it to be a designer at the group
the breed is gonna close for free creation at 10 august, though the group
is gonna offer imports and sometime also a free period of creation. it's not that it becomes 100% closed
people that want to import a horse send a note to the group. if you have time, you can 'claim' the request and make a design for the person.
as designer, you are allowed to create a OGH each month and you are allowed to make sales of them
