Echt schönes Bild. Der Dobi ist klasse geworden. Das Zimmerdesign gefällt mir.

Thank you! :3
It is a bit like Operation Vakyrie, just not that drastic.
Let´s say it is set up in the same spirit, though Baldur knows that assassination attacks often ends in disasters, and he doesn´t want to put his guys in too big danger, so he´s seeking other ways to end that war.
I would invite you to rp with us, but we´re rping in German only, and as we´re both fluent in it, it might be difficult for you to follow.

XD
Was er dem Betrachter wohl sagen will?

Vielleicht "Join the right side we have dobermann pinscher puppies.". xD

Oh it is. :3
I was hesiting at first when she came up with the idea of setting a roleplay during WWII and playing a young student joining the Nazis...I mean, I love basically everybody, so I do not share or support any antisemitic believes or tendencies. Then she explained that this was just the cover-up for them building the resistance against the regime, and I was like: "Aaaah, NOW I got it. Let´s try!" XD
It is actually great fun, and you´ll need to do quite a bit of historical rsearch. Plus, you really have to pay attention what you´re saying depending on which character you´re talking to in order not to reveal your true intentions and motivations.

hehe yeah, I know. I did a similar type RP a few years ago before I got into all my Kuro RPing. So much research. I mean, I still research currently, but not as much as some of my past RPs I had done.
Though I never did a WWII RP

I know rather much about WWII. Living in a country neighbouring Germany, plus having been occupied during the war...there´s no way of escaping it, at least not at school. XD
We learn so much about it that it sometimes becomes annoying, really. I know that it´s important, but treating the same subject from the end of elementary school until high school graduation? Every single year? No, thank you.

My grandfather (Dad's side) was Full German. so I know a lot about WWII too. and my other grandfather loves WWII facts. he could open a library with all his stuff! XD I myself found it enjoyable to learn about (Which can sound horrible if you look at it the wrong way, but yeah...) It was MUCH more interesting than American History. Seriously. it was even a required class in College. America is so self-centered we don't learn about world history unless we sign up special for those classes. All we get otherwise is America's view on the rest of World history. "Oh, this war happened, but none of that is important until we were attacked and joined the war. we are perfect and only do good. never mind these facts taht make us look bad. we shall deny it happened." Baaah! I hated it.

I heard a lot about that. I took a class this year calle "American Studies", which dealt witn American literature, but also with stereotypes we have towards the US and vice versa. Our teaching aid Justin comes from New Jersey, and he confirmed what you just said.
It works the other way around too - we don´t learn much about American history, but out of different motives. XD
Think about how old the USA are, and how old Europe is. We have way more historical facts to fill our school years with. I tell you, the Romans ruined my three first hig school years. XD

yeah we learn a little about Europe but mostly around the time America was discovered. (Imagine that) Nothing else. It was SOOOO nice taking different History classes in College. No mention of America at all unless it was "And they discovered America and did stuff, but thats not important so lets move on" and I almost did a happy dance in my seat! haha

Not to mention that the American continent got discovered more or less by accident by the Vikings centuries before Columbus did.
Nothing against America, though. There are some places I´d love to visit.

Yeah, I know. (I'm also descendant of the vikings which I think is cool) But America gives no credit to the Vikings for that. It's all Columbus. He's seen as a hero over here and its taught that he landed in the New York area when he discovered us. Not true, as I learned in my college history class... along with what a horrible person Columbus really was we are taught he was this free-thinking guy who risked his life for finding a new rout to India. they leave out the fact taht he was responsible for many deaths and thought he was the voice of God or something like that, and was a wanted man a few times...
