So I'm taking a break from everything and for some reason I've decided to redraw my old OC for Great Mouse Detective. (The old sketch is somewhere in my galery, but I changed her image so much I was surprised to see her old self there xD )

Let me introduce to the new version of my OC: Jane Malorie Ashford, the journalist who wished to write the biography of our beloved Basil and that is why she left her hometown and travelled to London.

This picture would be the moment she has just arrived to London (I don't know what happened to her coat so let's pretend she lost it in the train or something, okay?) and is eager to start (that is why she has the papers) though she is also a little confused and doesn't know where she is or where she should go (Oh noez she needs help!)

Family? Yes, she has her mother (daddy's dead, sorry) and big brother Tommy, but I haven't drawn them yet (and don't know if I will)

Interests: poetry, travelling... bothering Basil xD Nah, I'm pretty sure they would end up being good friends. It just takes time to both of them to adjust to partnership and stuff (idk)

The scan killed the color and I tried to correct it but color hates me so... Well, I've tried it, and I will try it again someday~

I don't know where this break from my usual fandoms will lead me or how much time will it take me to return to my usual stuff but idk, I wanted to draw her and I did (applause )
